History: In conformity with agreements in force between the Government of Republic Uzbekistan and the Government of Federal Republic Germany about financial cooperation (from August, 26th, 1997 and on October, 3rd 1997), the decision of the Cabinet of Republic Uzbekistan from June, 8th 1998 г 243 « About measures on realization of the project of drinking water supply of agricultural population At аралья, financed by the German Bank " КфВ ", realizes the project « the Program of drinking water supply of agricultural population in the Khorezm area ».

Construction of six objects is completed in December, 2003 (it is connected 4465 house/Õ«º) and since January, 2004 are maintained in a constant mode, providing with potable water of the order 37182 person. Construction of additional seventh object is completed in December, 2005 and since January, 2006 operation is conducted. In December, 2007 it has been begun construction of water system in 3 settlement 7 - th object due to the saved means under the budget of the project and it is completed April, 2008 that has allowed to capture in addition 120 home facilities

In conformity with the report of mission of bank KfV from 5/23/2003, for operation of the constructed objects, the operational organization of Open Company Obi Hayot is created self-supporting with the right of the legal person finds fault LTD ». For strengthening again founded operational organization in technical and financial aspects training the operational personnel to modern methods of the organization of management and the reporting, lead by a consortium of advisers Sachsen Wasser/GITEC (Germany) is lead. The Aggregate number of the operational personnel makes 71 people including in a department of operation and maintenance service 48 people.

Prospect: as a whole, the new constructed systems work on a minimum level of 14 % of capacity{power} that mismatches available capacities{powers}.
